To anyone that reads the news postings on Smack Jeeves and still reads Pandora's Box I must inform you that Pandora's Box original series run is now officially over. That being said I'm also very happy to announce the official reboot of Pandora's Box with a brand new chapter one and new character Origins and some new back story.

The long and short of this reboot is simple. Pandora wasn't happy with her drawing style and wanted to redo a lot of the early pages anyway and after thinking about the story while I was happy with it we were not getting to parts I wanted to soon enough. The reboot allows us to redo what we want to the comic art and story while moving it ahead a bit. While the overall tone of the new comic will be a little more serious we will still keep the comedy provided by Trine and Zzyzx and a new supporting cast of critters.

But what about Pet Food, Pandora's Box sister comic? Glad you asked. As the spin off comic of Pet Food was always meant to be a stand alone comedy story we will not be rebooting Pet Food. Rather we will simply add the new cast members and continue the story with the possible slight redesign of Trine and Zzyzx but nothing drastic.

Again I thank all of our fans that have stayed with us through this hiatus that will soon be over. Keep watching for new comics soon. Thank you.

Attention fans of Pandora's Box and Pet Food! For the Month of December we will be having an art contest. The rules are simple. Submit a piece of fan art with a contact email to the following address.

Make the subject line be PANDORA'S BOX in all caps so we dont miss it. Art should be of your own creation. Anything goes but please no gore or porn. Blood and partial nudity is okay so long as its invovles action or comedy as Pandora's Box deals with both. The more creative you are with your art the better your chances of winning. The prizes will be,

1st Place: An OC cameo in Pandora's box, an OC guest spot in a Q&A comic and your submited piece on the main page.

2nd Place: An OC guest spot in a Q&A comic and your submited piece on the main page.

3rd Place: Your submitted piece on the main page.

All entries will have their work put up on out fan art page as soon as we get it up and a link to your art site if you provide one.

Just to clearfiy a Q&A comic is when someone gets to ask five questions to any charactor from the comic interview style. You can ask five questions to one person or critter or five different questions to five different ones.

Pandora's Laptop was stolen so as of right now Pandora's Box is on hiatus until we can get her a new laptop. I'm sorry for the hold up and I do hope you stay tunned for an update as soon as we can. Thank you.

Okay. Its been over a month and no new comic. We are sorry. We have two things to blame. First Pandora and myself for deciding to make two more comics at once we for a time over swamped ourselves with things to do on top of work and school. Again we are sorry.

Second. Pandora has no power at her house right now. No power means no laptop which means no tablet which means no comics. We are trying to get that fixed right now too. Agains sorry and we thank our loyal readers for bearing with us. we should have a comic up in a week. Again. thank you for reading.

Its been a while coming but after testing the waters Pandora and myself have decided to start not one but TWO new comics from Shadowcore Media. The first being Pet Food, a spin off of Pandora's Box featuring Trine and Zzyzx and their side stories along with future creatures and animals that will show up later in the strip.

The second comic is Shadowcore, the story that started Shadowcore Media. It tells the story of Specter (not the same one from pandoras box) and his quest to find the truth of they mysterious "Shadowcore". Will be intended for slightly older readers due to intense fights and some blood.

We've broken the 100 fan mark. Just took us a bit to catch up as I've been working and Pandora was on vacation. Again forgive us for the delay as me and Pandora have been goofing off together in Texas now that I'm on vacation. Well we should have a comic up soon if not we may have a filler comic up soon.
